2° DAY: step 1: Venezia/Riviera del Brenta-Chioggia. La Riviera del Brenta e la ciclovia delle isole. km. 52
Starting point in Dolo, then following the cyclepath I-1 to Marghera then after the bridge over the lagoon you will take the ferry to Lido. You will bike with the sea on your left side and the lagoon on your right side From Lido you will take one more ferry to the magical Island of Pellestrina and ride again until you get the boat to Chioggia, a fisherman town called “little Venice”. In Chioggia you can taste special seafood plates
3° DAY: step 2: Chioggia – Abano Terme. La via del sale e dello zucchero. km. 63
After breakfast you will bike along the Bacchiglione river into the countryside with arrival in the thermal cities of Abano Terme and Montegrotto Terme on the Euganean hills.
4° DAY: step 3: Abano Terme – Padova - Vicenza. Tra i colli Euganei e i Berici. km. 53
After breakfast, following the Battaglia channel arrive to Padua, where you can visit the St.Anton basilica or a round trip of the Prato della Valle, the largest square in Europe. A stop at Caffè Pedrocchi for a coffee or a glass of prosecco wine is a must. Biking along the Battaglia river you will arrive to Padova. Do not forget to visit Prato della Valle, the largest square in Europe, St. Anton Basilica, the Scrovegni Chaper by Giotto and a taste of the famous coffee at Pedrocchi Cafè. Out of Padova following I-2 direction to Vicenza, upon the Berici hills. Vicenza is also famous for his architect Palladio.
5° DAY: step 4: Vicenza-Marostica-Bassano del Grappa. Prati e risorgive. km. 45
Today you bike to Marostica, famous for the castle and the chess square. Then to Bassano del Grappa and his famous wood bridge on the Brenta river.
6° DAY: step 5: Bassano del Grappa-Treviso. Ai piedi dei colli Asolani. km 57
Departure after breakfast to Asolo, where you can have a nice panorama view, then bike to Treviso in the afternoon.
7° DAY: step 6: Treviso-Venezia. Dal Sile alla Laguna. km 55
Today a nice bike tour along the Sile river from Treviso to Venice. Arriving in Marghera where you will leave the bikes. Accommodation in Venice Marghera or in Riviera del Brenta. Available time to spend for a dinner in Venice.
8° DAY: departure after breakfast or extend your journey for one or more night on request.
